Before I left for Vacation I noticed there was water coming into the garage.  I called Davis Plumbing immediately to investigate the problem.  They sent someone out the next day to locate the problem which was found to be the main line coming into the house.  They was a hole in the pipe below the concrete slab and it was coming up through the sleeve of the copper pipe. The initial visit had a cost of $100 but this was removed from the overall cost of the service.  They worked with me on determining the most efficient way to run a new pipe so it would reconnect to the rest of the house without having to repipe the entire house.  We set the service to take place for when I retuned from vacation and shut the water at the main off until my return.

They came as scheduled in January on my return from vacation and started work immediately.  They had all materials needed onboard there truck already so did not have to leave.  The communicated with me how the pipe would have to be run and the wall would have to be built out half an inch when replacing the drywall.  I agreed this would be the best method. 

When the job was completed they cleaned up the debris from the job and tested the new piping to be sure all was done correctly.

I liked everything about them. They came out and were on time. The price was probably a "B", but everything else was great.

Recently we replaced the hot water heater (small - 10 gal) in our guest bathroom and then had a problem with the shower not getting hot water. We've always had water pressure issues but it was usable. Now the water pressure was way down and there was no hot water!. We called J. J. Davis Plumbing because we've used them previously. The service man (Andy) came out on Wednesday morning (after calling on Monday) and we had expected this to be a big job......... replacing the shower valve in the knob. But after taking it apart, he cleaned out the old lime deposits and other gunk (the valve was from 1986) and it worked perfectly. Now we have hot water and water pressure like we haven't seen in years!
Work was done quickly and neatly. Andy was honest and professional and the work was reasonably priced.
We were very happy with the repair and will continue to use J. J. Davis Plumbing.

Work was done well and on a timely basis, and leak was fixed. Good job!
My only comment is that the cost seemed on the high side for the time and materials spent. However, it seems to be pretty much the going rate.

Hose started spewing water at 6:00 am, out of the blue. Turned off the water and did a quick Angie's List search for a plumber. Placed the call around 7:30, dispatch said we'd be the second stop and we had a plumber by 9:30. He identified the problem; informed me of his plan; showed me the material he would use; and described an alternative just-in-case. Thirty minutes later he was done and all was in working order. He even cleaned up some of the sitting water that we'd missed.
Definitely will use the company again.

It was great fixed a huge leak in my kitchen will use them again if i need a plumber so will my friends.

The plumbers assigned were all professional and competent. Always on time. On one particular job, I needed plumbing and carpentry work. John Davis personally supervised this important job. He was there when I needed him most.

Jand J Plumbing arrived on time. Old 14 year water heater was leaking water. They also noticed that my existing water shut off valve to the water heater was corroded and obstructing water flow so it was replaced with an updated lever version. Installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater which is working perfectly..

We used them in the past, so we called them to handle this project. I do not recall the price, but I remember it was reasonable. They're responsive and did a good job.

They were amazing. I was very pleased with the service they provided and the gentleman was extremely professional. I would hire them again in a second.

The plumbing guy came, spent 15 minutes -- charged me the minimum service charge of $100 though it wasn't close to an hour. The work, I thought was great. However, a week ago, after checking under the kitchen sink, I noticed that there was a slow leak from one of the connections. I called and asked that he return, that I did not think I should incur further charges. She said the guy was out but would call me next day. I am still waiting for the call.

A friend referred me to Jand J Plumbing. They did a great job. In addition, they were prompt, quick and polite.

I use them all the time. The job went fine. They corrected the problem. They came right out and took care of it. They are very good.

They did a good job and I spent around $1200. They installed all new fixtures, new tub, sink, toilet and everything. They are all excellent.

Jason told me I needed new parts and scheduled a return visit. When he left the toilet was working fine so I called the plumbing office and spoke to Brenda. There was no hassle about canceling the visit. Jason was very thorough and nice to deal with. He also gave me advice on a water leak which may be a roof problem.

He and his assistant were on time, and the appointment was made within 2 days, fit in perfectly with my schedule. Very nice and courteous and asked for a towel to clean up afterwards. Very professional and personable, so glad I found them through Angie`s List!

Shoddy installation and faucet started leaking again.

Plumber did a great job, and I was extremely pleased with the service. He arrived when he said he would, was polite and fixed the problem which other plumbers have not been able to do.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY LEFT NO MESSES FOR US TO CLEAN UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE TO OTHERS IN THE FUTURE.
