Icon was great. Kenny solved a problem we had been having for months for $900 whereas we had been quoted $4,000 for repairing a 20-yr old KitchenAid reigerator or having to buy a new one for $10,000. Great solution, Icon!!!

They came, dissembled my stove and let me know that it was a burned out circuit board. After a week of decision, I had them come and replace the part. Cost $375. The part was expensive. I looked it up on line. Considered getting another stove but the cost of a new stove was much more costly. All in all they were good.

Appliance (Smaller Size) Installation and Replacement
This was my first experience with Home Advisor And Icon Electronics. Could not have been more perfect. I was contacted by Icon. Explained my need and the appointment was set. The technician arrived at the specified time, replaced my garbage disposal and it was a wrap! Will definitely use Home Advisor for my next issue!

They did not have the skills or knowledge to complete the work and after showing up 3 times with the wrong parts, they were supposed to come back last Friday and never showed up . I called them 4 times and they never had the decency to call back. They owe me $129.00 I paid them as they did not do anything but show up and waste my time
