I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. THEY GAVE ME SOME GOOD ADVICE FOR MY COMPUTER. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB.
