Innova's Alterations & Dry Cleaners

Well its was suggested by the his wife of the owner,  all the clothes were all brand new and needed to be dry cleaned.  One of the shirts was white and had spaghetti sauce on it.  She explained that was no problem and could get it out.  I showed her the stains, and explained to be handled with care because they're brand new and very expensive.  I was told, "don't worry,my husband is the owner and will take care of it".  I said fine.  We sat and talked about 15 minutes and talked about being scared that my clothes are brand new.  I went in Saturday, to pick them up and the stain had not been attempted to be cleaned, they were just ironed right over.  The other shirts were over ironed and the buttons were cracked.  The shorts I picked up were yellow.  I explained they had ruined my clothes! They said, they can't control that.  I said yes they can, I had said no starch and they can stand up by themselves.  They said they'd redo them.  I said no, they'll be more ruined.  They said if I wasn't' happy to not come back there.  I explained I would never come back, and not pay for this dry cleaning.  He said he didn't care, and I left.

His attitude was that I was going to pay for it regardless as opposed apologizing for ruining my clothes.
