Each task has taken weeks to schedule. Debris is left by nearly all the guys they have sent & has never been cleaned up. We are often left with half done work & after numerous calls, finally get the job completed. They send guys out without notice at 8AM. The scheduling person, Lori, *expletive* at us because we send them away. When we ask for at least 24 hrs notice she tells us that its not up to her Greg does the scheduling. She is a vicious *expletive* with an attitude and has the customer service skills of a wet rock. The guys that did the front porch did a good job, but the guys that cleaned up took our hurricane shutter rails and threw them out. Lori blamed us for living in a bad neighborhood and IGK was not responsible for them gone missing. Greg is the only one who schedules jobs and he goes on his schedule, not yours. You might not see anyone for weeks at a time, then 4 people show up at 8AM to gut your kitchen! We'll be lucky to finish by New Years if at all.

They took 7 months (after the doors arrived) just to leave the work uncompleted and in poor shape. We had to eventually hire another contractor to re-do the entire project. IGK asked for all the money upfront prior to completing the work. IGK were overall unprofessional and rude (swearing profusely, not returning phone calls, not showing up for work) however this mainly stems from the owner: Greg Kohn, the secretary: Lori, and one particular worker: Bob (who was extremely racist, as he would curse by saying the ''N'' word). For the most part, the other workers were quite nice and friendly and tried to do their best in spite of Mr. Kohn's direction(s). IGK has never honored their Work is 100% guaranteed clause, and their ''5-year warranty'' on work that IGK has undertaken (despite numerous calls, emails and letters). Please do your own homework and research on IGK. This was *our* sad experience with them.

I made an appointment, and I told the secretary to have me call if for some reason if the guy could not make the appointment. The secretary told me to call at the appointment time because she'll have a better handle of the day. I called, and the secretary said she lost my paperwork and put me on hold for 15 mins. Two days later, I received a confirmation in the mail from the President for an appointment that was a no show and it was set for 2 days prior. I will not hire this company, because if this is how they are with estimates, I don't want to know how it is working with them. I did not appreciate the arrogant demeanor on the phone.

They should not be recommended. They did not finish the job. We were charged $395 for permits which were never pulled. When asked to finish work and reimburse us $395, Mr Kohn stated that he no longer does work in Miami-Dade County. Workers show up unannounced or not when promised. We had 3 tilers work on our job, out of which 2 did a terrible job. When we finally got Mr Kohn to agree to come by our house to look at the work that was done so far (we told him about our dissatisfaction), he did not wait until I got to the door and refused to turn around when I called to let him know that I am at home.
