Not as planned and I ended it early. The reports on keyword positions were on different keywords than we agreed to target. Since there was no baseline report of before and after, it seemed good on the surface. However, I had my own older report that showed most of these were already there. Basically, I needed lots of new backlinks, and I only got a few. I needed more generic keywords, but the focus seemed to be on more refined keywords I already had positions on. I would say the failure was mutual. Not enough was clearly specified by me in the beginning, there was not a clear list (since we had gone back and forth) in order of need after we got going. I left not because I didn't think they could deliver over time, but because I was looking for more immediate results to afford the campaign. I do think that with clear communication, they could have performed to my satisfaction. It may seem strange, but I still recommend them.
