 + -1 moreTHIS UNEXPECTED DELAY FORCED US TO PUSH BACK SEVERAL OTHER PROJECTS THAT HAD BEEN SCHEDULED BASED ON THE COMPLETION DATE OF THIS PROJECT.
Description of Work: COMPANY OWNER CAME IN AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE; WE CALLED HIM BACK AFTER ALL ESTIMATES WERE IN AND AGREED ON A DATE AND PRICE. THE WEEK BEFORE THE JOB WAS TO BEGIN WE CALLED TWICE TO CONFIRM; NO RETURN PHONE CALL. ON THE DAY HE WAS TO BEGIN THE WORK WE CALLED WHEN HE DID NOT ARRIVE BY NOON. AFTER A FEW CALLS HE FINALLY RETURNED THE CALL AND TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO DO THE WORK; HE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HIS CREW AND WAS "GETTING OUT OF THE BUSINESS".

 + -1 morePolite, on time. Fair priced. Gave good advice. Very likeable and helpful. I was not on site but he called and advised me of all problems so I could come and check.
Description of Work: Removed kitchen wall, moved plumbing and repositioned. Removed old cabinetry and appliances and disposed of all. Added new can lighting. Added new light fixture in a front hall. Moved fixture for chandelier. Replaced drywall. Tile removal. Mirror removal. Repaired awning. Removed popcorn ceiling and replaced with knockdown ceiling.
