I was very pleased with this job. I discovered leaky water heater late at night, 15 years old, and went out next day to see about getting it replaced. I checked prices with their competitor but didn't like service response, didn't seem like I could get it done that day. The price at Home Depot was comparable and they had much better service. They have program with plumbing companies and were able to get someone out in the PM to install new water heater. They sent someone out and they set it up and got the right size unit installed in a couple of hours. It saved me from being without hot water or having water damage in garage. I was pleasantly surprised.

Home Depot came and ever so carefully measured for the custom made draperies. When they came to install them, they were 3 feet too long. They took them away and fixed them and reinstalled them. They look great, but we ran into the problem with them when they wanted to charge us for the extra material they used by their error, a cost of $750 for the excess material alone. We fought them for months to get half the money back. We will not return to Home Depot.

I received a call from the sub contractor ONE HOUR before the set time. He stated ''we have a problem''. Problem was, 1.5 years ago South FL Home Depots had suspended all TILE roofing. YES, I have a tile roof. Total Lack of communication. The 800 # /Home Office should be made aware of this moratorium. Wasting my vacation hours because Home Depot can not communicate with their home office is a disgrace!

THEY DID AN OKAY JOB FOR WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. THEY WERE PROMPT IN GETTING HERE AND WERE VERY NICE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THE DOOR SEEMS TO WORK AND FIT PROPERLY, EXCEPT FOR JUST A MINOR LITTLE PROBLEM THAT I CAN FIX MYSELF.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE A FINE COMPANY OVERALL. THEIR PRICE WAS ABOUT AVERAGE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY SEEMED PRETTY KNOWLEDGEABLE BECAUSE THE DOORS WERE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. THEY LOOK GORGEOUS.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RELIABLE. THEY ARE REPUTABLE, WHICH IS WHY I USED THIS COMPANY. I FELT IF I HAD ANY WORRIES THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF MY PROBLEMS.

THE WORK IS NOT ALL DONE YET. WE AREN'T OVERLY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. ONE OF THE PROBLEMS ARE A LOT OF THE WORKERS DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH SO IT IS HARD FOR US TO TELL THEM WHAT WE WANT. THEY ARE POLITE AND FRIENDLY, THOUGH.
