She is very good and her Medical Assistant is very good. The clinic is pleasant. They have specialists in everything and they will refer you to the system which is quick and efficient.

I've just gone to her forever. My mother went to her before me, satisfaction continuing in the family. She's smart and she's very low key. The office responds to phone calls if you're sick and you describe your symptoms because she is kind of far from my home so it's nice that I don't always have to go in there if I need something.

Dr. Robinson made me feel at ease. She spent time answering my questions.  I did not feel rushed. I have been going to Dr. Robinson for about 10 years.  I feel she reallly cares about her patients.

The office is run very efficiently. I usually don't have any wait time and everyone is pleasant.

Great, I used their new office on s federal hwy in ft laud.

I give them top ratings for everything! They are friendly, puntual, and have a very clean office. The doctors and assistants are very responsive and compedent.

1st visit had ultrasound screening and was sent to Holy Cross radiation for a biopsy a week later. When I got to the reception area they did not have my chart from Holy Cross Medical Center so I had to walk across the street and get it myself. When I got to
the radiation dept., they didn't have the results of the earlier screening from Dr.Shlapack and had to do it again and then couldn't
get a good reading to compare with the 1st one.
2nd visit to Medical Center, had another biopsy, was told results would be back in 3-5 days. I called for results 5 days later, got put on hold for 15 minutes, listening to The Beatles' and quot;Let it Beand quot;terribly frustrating, and then was disconnected. Called back was
very rudely treated by a staff member; they wouldn't give me the results of whether or not I had a cancerous nodule. I had to see
the doctor 2 weeks later for results in person. I kept the appointment and the doctor then told me it was non-cancerous and that
now I could come back in a year or, I quote, and quot;just go riding off into the sunset.
I'll never go back there.

This doctor is awful.  I was feeling really bad due to Hashimoto's disease.  Feeling awful, super tired, and could barely function.  She told me that I really feel fine because the blood test says so.  What a terrible experience.  
PS - I am so happy that I found someone else who is treating me appropriately and I feel great now.

Punctual, professional, would recommend.

Had to wait three weeks to get seen which is a very long time and they've no waitlist. The staff, particularly an Afro American lady who handles appointments, is awful. I cannot imagine that any office which have such rude and abrasive employees. I simply asked the receptionist/ appt setter to call me back to let me know if they received my paperwork. She told me she couldn't do so and I would've to call back. It's hard to imagine such rude and abrasive employees in any setting, let alone a professional doctor's office. I suppose the doctors lose a lot of clients simply because of the staff.
On another note, the doctor was good and seemed to know his stuff: it's unfortunate the experience was tainted by their sully staff

He is very knowledgeable.  He is right on top of what's available.  I would recommend him.  It is hard to get an appointment.  The communication is an issue.  Sometime, he will tell nothing; otherwise, he is fabulous and very good.

My wife and I  have been seeing Dr. Robinson for years and we like her a lot.  With Dr. Robinson it's not just take your vitals and you're on your way.  The nice thing about her is that you receive a lot of talk time and she truly takes the time with us.

Not good, having a hard time finding out the test results.

He treats my diabetes and my lack of thyroid. He is marvelous. He is right on top of the whole situation. When doing bloodwork he himself reports back to me on the results. I trust him implicitly to make changes to my diabetes medication when needed.

Dr. Robinson offers a personable experience and takes time with her patients. We really like working with her.
