Highly Referred Tree Surgeons

We have several Royal Palms about 6 that were looking weak and the new leaves were growing with bad shape. He said that the palms need to be fertilized which it was true. To justify the cost he explained that they will use fertilizers that are not available to the public and that work very well. He also explained that they will have to climbed on the top of the palm tree to fertilize. I questioned that because my understanding is that you will fertilize at the root. He explained and explained and did a good job making us believe that you will have to climbed on top of the palm tree etc. When they showed up the guy pull up with bags of epsom salt from CBS pharmacy. He put in the root and also said they climbed to put on the top. I spoke to arborist and they said that fertilizing at the top will do nothing. He just explained that to justify the work to charge $500 to add epsom salt. The job took less than 30 Minutes to fertilized 6 palms trees. I will never used them again, the reason why I put this review so late is because I am looking again for tree trimming service and their name came up. I will never never use this people again. The owner also insulted me on the phone when I mentioned that fertilizing on the top will do nothing. From reading other reviews it confirms others had the same experience. Please stay away from this people.

I found that the price was too high for the work done.  The salesman talks a lot and is quick to praise their work.  Quality was good but the results don't seem to justify the cost.  Perhaps their market is someone who doesn't worry about cost.
We called the provider to scale back a large tree in the backyard.  The sales guy managed to sell us the trimming of other trees and the application of pesticide for a pest problem that is minor.  It was our fault for accepting the terms.  When I saw the results, I called the provider who was quick to praise their work and explain the things they did and how long and hard they worked instead of trying to compromise.  It fits the trend of vendors quoting double the cost of the work hoping the customer will accept.
I could contest the payment with our credit card but the aggravation that would cause is also not justified, I suppose.  It would have been a fairer price at about 700-800.

Remove a 30' + palm tree from a very confined area. Tree was between swimming pool, a wall, and power lines. Removed tree with minimal disruption to surrounding landscaping. Did a good job of clean up.

The man or men in the trees doing the trimming did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend their work. The most difficult tree was the Jacaranda and they were especially careful with the surrounding landscape as they had to bring a very large branch (12 inches in diameter) into my yard over a fence and they are to be commended for the good job.
I thought the men on the ground were not so concerned with my yard. a very large enchaverea plant was knocked to the ground from a place I thought was out of the way. It was demolished. Just an accident but I could have been told. I had to replace five sprinkler heads as they had been knocked off by removing branches etc. from the yard and I thought they could have been replaced. Finally, a metal piece holding up an awning was broken when the awning was lowered and I had to repair it. Nothing very earth shattering but I believe these things should have been repaired and left as they were when the service arrived.
The tree trimmer/cutters were excellent. The clean-up not so good.

I called them in the morning and they were here an hour later and finished the job in no time. Cleanup is total! Highly recommended!!

I hired company to trim trees in advance of hurricane season, after I had seen them working in my neighborhood. Glad I did so before Isaac blew through.
At all times they were courteous and seemed willing to go the extra mile to satisfy me as their customer.
