We bought the house with plants running up the wall in the front door area. We removed the plant but its roots remained attached to the wall: to the paint and the stucco. It was ugly, especially with the new landscape lights pointing out the problem. I was afraid our association would demand cleaning sooner or later. We hired Balazs to remove the remnants of the plant roots and some rust stain. He promised a spotless wall after cleaning. He worked hard inch by inch and did a good job, all of the plant remnants came off - along with some of the color and a few small pieces of the stucco. At this point I expected to hear excuses about this being not his fault and was afraid to either be left with a not-so-nice front door area or to bang up some extra cash to have some extra paint job to be done. He didn't say a word just picked up a color sample, returned with brushes and some paint and fixed the stucco and re-painted the wall and the two columns. After all, he promised a spotless finish... I was very happy with his job. Definitely will hire again if needed.
