Did business with provider in the past but with the help of a project
manager overall job was good but price a bit high.  I decided to call
them up for a repaint, sealing of the patio and small stuff.    Quote
was on the high side but I expected quality.   The job was poorly done,
quoted electrical work with electrician did none of that he had bare wires put into the
socket to wire up the lights. First inspection was a joke, half the stuff was not done or
poorly done, we spent good part of an hour finding poorly painted walls, floors were cleaned so poorly that they ended up worse
etc...
Finally job was done after complaining but here comes the "extra" billing or
double billing.   Offers to paint ceiling at no cost and then it appears in the bill....claims that the job was more expensive than they expected....really not the same company I did business with in the past. 
What ever they quote you expect extras to pop up.  I do not recommend them, they will seek to do the absolute minimum unless you complain and oversee everything.

The roof was completed and it drains on the side of the roof. That's not what we wanted. We wanted it to drain differently. We had to put drains around it. He threatened to put a lien on our building because we didn't want to pay him the rest of the money that we owed him. I am thinking about taking him to court. Our building inspector spoke with him and I spoke with him. He was highly recommended. I'm just beside myself. I live on the seventh floor and I expect to see something nice. It looks like some of the planks are cut short. It looks unsightly. The water still puddles on the roof.
