The disks themselves were fine, but the provider overcharged me for return shipping. He said he was going to charge me $10 for shipping, but after I gave him my cc: number, he charged me $14 instead. It was too small an amount to squabble over, but it irritated me. Also, the good price he quoted in his add did not include shipping BOTH ways, which added 20% to the overall cost of the service. The only other problem I had was that he never called me as the service providers are supposed to do. I had to call HIM.

Harold was very professional and very informative. He gave me prices and information on the process before I shipped him the videos. He was in constant contact with me, letting me know he received my videos and. when he would transfer them. He called to say they had been completed and when they would be shipped. He is a friendly person and answered any and all questions I had. Great customer service!!

It was good. My parents passed away and we found some recordings on records of their wedding. Over 50 years my parents never showed them to us. We were cleaning out stuff and found them so we had them put on CD's to listen to. They did a good job.

Helene of HB Media Solutions had me fill out a questionnaire that enabled her to write a perfect script, she found a videographer, sound engineer and voice-over actor and negotiated great prices with them for me, and she organized the entire shoot - every little detail was attended to and all I had to worry about was my part. She was there on the day of the shoot making sure that everything ran smoothly. After the shoot, she sat with the videographer to do all of the editing. And I ended up with two absolutely fantastic commercials that have generated a lot of work for me.

This was a great experience. I was worried about doing this conversion because I had shopped around and prices ran the gamut. HB Media Solutions had the most affordable and competitive prices I found on the internet. I made an appointment and met with Harold. He was friendly and had great customer service. He patiently explained the process and the costs up-front. I left the tapes in his hands. Harold was very good about keeping me updated and notified me when the tapes were available for review and pick-up. He was kind enough to show me some of the work that had been done. I went home and viewed the recordings. I was very satisfied with the work done, plus it was a terrific value. I will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

I have a pile of old vhs tapes from years gone by. I saw a promotion on hbmediasolutions.net and thought I'd give them a try. I had always thought about converting those old tapes, but could never bring myself to ship them to some destination I'd never heard of, and risk having someone I'd never met mess things up. So when I saw that I could actually bring the tapes myself and they were right around the corner, I thought I'd see for myself how I felt about them. So I called the number on their website, talked to Harold and we arranged to meet at his office a couple of days later. From then on it was plain sailing. I couldn't have asked for a better service. The job was done on time, Harold was a real nice guy and my family couldn't have been happier with the results. I will be bringing Harold all of the tapes that I have left and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone.

I was a little concerned about handing him over all of my videos. I as very happy what I got back from Harold. The quality was better than I was expecting. Harold was very responsive and he kept his word and delivered the items to me in the 4 weeks he said it would. In the past others copied their content to DVD or the cloud but Harold sold me a 1 TB drive for $ 100 and it made it simple.

I had HB convert photos into a digital format; One of the DVD's didn't conform to my player; HB redid it at no cost, and without question. I was very satisfied with the service provided by HB Media Solutions. The price was right and everything was done efficiently and on time. The owner was personable listened to what I needed and wantedm, and was versatile. He can transfer all media past and present to today's technology. I needed to create a slide show for a family gathering. HB Media Solutions was able to comply with me needs and also very helpful with suggestions for appropriate music choices for the background. I delivered film on 4/29/15 and was told it would be ready on 5/9/15. Not only was it ready but it was ready two days ahead of time. He called twice to keep me updated. The service went far above and beyond what I expected. Getting this type of service is rare and so well appreciated. He took great care to preserve my precious memories and I will be forever grateful.

Harold was great. I had 46 tapes from VHSC, Mini and another format and wanted copied to DVDs. Harold said can put them on computer with image stabilization, and remove blanks would be $20 tape and/or on a 1 terabyte drive (multi format win and mac - I provide). I tried it all ways but decided on just the straight copy to DVD. Harold did what he said, on time, on price and they all look great!
