I've been a TV and video producer since the 80s so I had boxes of videos of my shows in many different formats, and not accessible for me. Harold immediately understood my dilemma, got me to organize all the material, and copied them all meticulously onto one big drive. Next he'll upload them to my Google Drive, which would take me days of computer time. I can eliminate storage, ensure my videos last and actually use my material. I highly recommend Harold as trustworthy, professional and very knowledgable.

From hiring Harold and his staff it was a wonderful experience. I have always been hesitant to send off my treasured VHS recordings of major events in my family's life. For the first time I was able to talk to a person, Harold, and be reassured that he would be involved in handling my treasures, and that they would be back in a certain time frame. HB Media Solutions undertook the job of transferring about 125 old videotapes to DVD for me. These were old home movies that needed to be duplicated. I had both crazy quotes to do the job and time projections of months or longer. The HB Media Solutions owner, Harold, listened carefully to my needs and devised a solution that was fast, smooth and quite reasonably priced. He also stayed in touch with me every step of the way, including contacting me for instructions when a couple of tapes turned up defective. The overall level of service was very, very high, the job went fast, smoothly and inexpensively and Harold and team were very pleasant to work with. I could not recommend this business more highly!

I am a singer and wanted to make a couple of "commercial videos" to send out to prospective hirees... the project required finding a videographer, sound person, voice over person and interview questions. HB Media couldn't have done better. On the production day, Helayne of HB had created a plan for the day and it ran very smoothly. She was there every step of the way from having created a great script, to getting everyone to the venue on time and ready to work, to handing out a schedule for the day, to helping me with hair and make-up, to running out for sandwiches for lunch. She had found truly first class people to work with and she made the day a pleasure. She even sat with the videographer and helped with the editing. I ended up with 2 really great videos plus an individual video for each of the songs I recorded.

Well they had to clean tapes first to eliminate mold

Was warned up front that would take longer than normal due to high business volume at time (Angie's offer takers?) and insure there were no misunderstandings or unexpected charges, particularly for extra work outside regular offer. About time expected was notified that my material was ready to be mailed. They also sent at their expense, a DVD that was left out. Work was very good quality. Very happy with final product and limited effort on my part. Seemed to be good value for work, including extra work outside offer.

Out the money. My videos are irreplaceable as my dad and grandparents along with other family members have left this earth. I want someone who I feel I can trust to perform this VHS to DVD conversion.

He communicated very well with me regarding any issues he ran in to and kept me up to date and provided the service that he offered.

It took a while but eventually got done properly

Well.....due to age of VHS tapes and poor original quality, however, I'm not sure it was worth doing. The provider called and explained. He did the best he could.

Several family members and friends have also expressed an interest in having HB Media Solutions convert some old memories for them. They are a great company to deal with and yes we would use them again.

Beautifully done, carefully packaged and wonderful to be able to see the home movies after such a long time since I had been able to view them on the obsolete tapes. I am very satisfied, and enjoying getting to watch these again. Despite the long wait it was well worth it.

Harold was professional throughout the entire process. He explained the process from A to Z and delivered on everyone of his promises. I needed them back to me by a certain date, (my daughters Confirmation) and they were delivered 5 days prior to that date. The entire family enjoyed the DVD'S during the party.
