Mr. Bramson was very amiable and honest about what he could accomplish with our 25 + year old VCR tapes, many of which had been made extended play or slow speed. This made quality poorer, and tapes longer than 2 hours to convert to DVD. This transaction was going to cost more due lengthy tapes. Mr. Bramson made several phone calls to make sure I was okay with what to expect. I appreciated his business ethics. I would consider doing business with him again.

They were great. Their pricing was very reasonable. He was really fast at turning things around. He got it done pretty quickly, which is always good. He was friendly and does a good job. Everything was alright. It was around $400. I think it was like $10 a video and I had 40 to do. He turned it around within two weeks. It was pretty amazing. It was around Christmas when he had a whole bunch of people coming to get stuff done. He was quick.

The total process took about 6 or 7 weeks. Work was done professionally and we really like the results. The CDs play well and have good video and audio.

Smooth transaction. First we called to make sure he could do our tapes. We shipped the tapes to him with a return FedEx label in the box. It's nice to be able to see our movies

It was done well. However, Some of the VHS tapes required more than one DVD to complete, so I sent an additional $50 to have them finished.

The company was very quick to contact us and let us know exactly what was needed. They were very caring and professional in their demeanor and eager to help. The end product was very nicely done. We will definitely use them, again, when the need arises.

It took them a long time, about 2 months, so they were kind of slow. I sent it in mid December and I didn't them back until mid February. I also had to pay an extra $15 to have them returned to me and that wasn't listed in the deal.

Good, although it took longer than expected and the vendor charged me more than we agreed on for shipping.

Harold and I communicated multiple times...when he received my Angie's List purchase, before I sent the VHS tapes, when he received them, when he started working on them, while he was working on them and when he finished. Unbeknownst to me, several of my tapes were used previously to record TV programs/movies. I didn't want this transferred to the DVDs...I only wanted the family video transferred. Harold went above and beyond to make this happen. Using the length of the family recording I provided, Harold set a timer to stop transferring to the DVD (+/- a minute or so per to ensure he got all of the family video). This took extra time and effort on Harold's part. THANK YOU Harold for your excellent communication and willingness to do extra to ensure the product I received met my needs and wants. I am thrilled to have these family memories preserved and am sure my daughters and ex-husband will be thrilled as well.

It went fine. It cost more than $49. I payed another $25. They thought it was the postage, but the postage was not that much. The quality of what they did was good, but I would not use them again because of that.

The company advertised 10 VHS tapes converted to DVD tapes for $49.00. When I call him for instructions, he told me for every tape that is over a 2 hour limit would cost $10.00 extra. I felt he was very agitated when I told him that was not in the ad. Requested a refund. False advertisement.

They were good; it was two or three years ago. They were good. They did a good job and were punctual. My interaction with them was good. I would recommend them. They were good.

Process took longer than I expected it might. Sent a few weeks before Christmas and received on 2/9. Harold did stay in touch throughout the process and was always up front (if not accurate) about when things would be done. The final product is pretty good. Final packaging was not but this isn't something that can be hurt much in shipping. I believe that the price I paid is what the service was worth overall. Price shown below includes a $50 Angie's list coupon (for 10 tapes) and $92 additional for 8 more tapes and return shipping of $12.

It went well. Harold gave me calls whenever he has questions or suggestions. He even cleaned old tapes with mold developed without charge. He's great.
