Description of Work: Vendor informed me that there would be a $25 charge for return shipping. I have not seen that on the ad that was on your website and I thought that was disingenuous at best.

Look at the ad shipping is paid by the customer. Not by the vendor. The question how can you grade someone if I didn't do the work? If you are grading me me because of the shipping charges look at the ad again. Remember repack your videos and take to the post office stand in line to mail your videos with a tracking number. If you want us to pay for the shipping then pay me the regular price I charge to transfer to DVD $14 per tape. X by 10 =$140. Pay $140 i will be glad to pay the shipping. I only get $14.70 on each sale you have the nerve to grade a D because do not want to pay the $25 shipping fee. I feel sorry for you. Good luck and I would appreciate it remove your review.

Description of Work: By far, the WORST experience I have ever had with a retailer. The owner was rude, pushy, and extremely disorganized. I paid ahead of time and then he said it was going to cost a lot more b/c of the length of the tapes. He NEVER told me there was a time limit when I dropped the tapes off. He lied to me over and over, broke my favorite family memory tape, said he could fix it for $20 more, which I had no choice but to agree to, but then said he couldn't fix it and blamed ME for the "condition" it was stored in. It was stored in the same cool, dry room that the other tapes were stored in that did come out OK. I trusted him with my precious family memories b/c he was local, but I learned the hard way and lost precious memories that I will never get back again. Yes, things do happen, but he was so rude and obnoxious he did lie to me several times. Biggest mistake I ever made. Do yourself a favor, pay more and trust COSTCO or some other big company who will be NICE to you and return your precious memories in one piece.
