You hear nightmarish stories of dealing with bad contractors, and this company is one of the reasons why. Price was originally half what it turned out to be, and work took over three months instead of the one month I was promised. These people do a half a** job, trying to do as little work as possible while continuously increasing their price for things that were originally "forgotten". They made a complete mess in my home several times and had no interest in cleaning up or minimizing damage. Once they had my money they disappeared for weeks on end without returning my phone calls or leaving me with a way to contact them. What made this so awful is that I was without a home for the three months they took their time to do the work because the condo was not in a livable condition once they started the demo. I was always polite with these people and never raised my voice, but twice the boss screamed and cursed at me when I was trying to explain things that needed to be finished that they had left undone. I had to get other people involved in order to make them finish the job (my condo association manager, the tile guy I hired, my realtor who recommended him, etc.) and they had to come back several times to correct mistakes they had made in framing and drywall. I feel the price I paid for their low quality of work is complete rip off, but I paid it anyhow just to make them go away and avoid any sort of legal situation. If I could go back, I would gladly pay twice the price for someone else to do it and do it right!
Description of Work: kitchen and bathroom demo, framing for two new ceilings, removal of a few small walls and closets, adding a few small walls, installing two new pocket doors, framing for new bathtub
