Real Estate Service
Signed a purchase agreement for home with contingency for inspection. We prepaid the inspection for a non refundable fee of $590. Inspection was schedule for 2/3/16 at 1:30pm. On 2/3/16 at 11:15am we received a call from listing agent apologizing that the home was not available for sale and promised to reimburse us the $590. After several unanswered voice mails and numerous emails we finally received a check for $300 and not the $590 as promised. I have placed numerous calls to the agency and listing agent as well as sent several e mails all of which went unanswered. We have contacted Centuy 21 Corporate office who has stated each office is independently owned and they have no say in how they are operated.
