They were on time, courteous, exactly what they were supposed to.  Excellent job.  Brand new!  I would have used them earlier if I had known how wonderful the service was!

was getting skeptical b/c of lack of responsiveness at first, but was quickly resolved once the glitch was discovered and dealt with.  guys came at appointed time, were professional, respectful, fast, efficient, and totally non-plussed by the chaos around them!  rugs/sofa came out great and for a great price.  2 thumbs up!

It was a Big Deal purchase. It went well. There was nothing spectacular. We didn't pay anything above the $79. Everything went fine as far as I can remember.

It was okay. They were just average. I didn’t have any issues.

They did an excellent job in cleaning the carpeting,  paying special attention to heavy traffic areas.  They did not arrive within the time frame given but called ahead to inform me they were running late.  Once at the house, they were efficient and fininhed the job in a short time period.  The carpeting was not overly wet and dried within a day.  The carpeting looks great and I would definitely use them again.

THE CARPETS WERE CLEANED BUT HE HIT THE WALL ON THE STAIRS IN SEVERAL PLACES LEAVING MARKS.

Purchased a Big Deal for carpet cleaning.  He showed up as scheduled and cleaned carpets, I asked if he could also clean the small area of tile in the master bath.  He did so for an additional $50.  He was in and out of my house in an hour and 15 minutes.  I do have to say, it was the fastest I have ever had anyone clean my carpets.  In the time it took me to wipe up the bathroom tile that had been cleaned, he had cleaned a bedroom, family room and large living room.  I noticed that the carpets were still pretty saturated by that evening and took until the next evening to feel completely dry.  Once dried, it seemed that they were not as clean as prior times having them cleaned.  I was thinking that either the suction may not have been working as well on the equipment, since they were so saturated and not all the dirt was pulled out, or maybe the guy just went over them too fast.  A few days later, I noticed that there were metal marks along the edges of each of the tiles in the bathroom.  I tried different cleaning products on the tile marks over the next two weekends, without success.  I then contacted Green Choice (I should have called sooner) and told them about the tile issue and the situation I had with the saturated carpets and them not coming as clean as prior times.  Terry came out with a cleaning product and worked on his hands and knees for quite some time trying to remove the metal markings on the tile.  Most are gone and those that are left are only noticeable if you are down on your hands and knees.  The next weekend Paolo (I think that was his name) came out and recleaned the living room carpet for me.  He really worked hard to be sure all the spots were removed and made sure the carpet was not saturated when he was done.  Wish he had come to do the cleaning in the first place.  Terry called the next day to see how things went and I was able to tell him all went well. 
I would use them again, if I could be sure I would get the same gentleman that came the second time.

I have had the cleaning before by a different service. The deal was advertized as 400 Dollars or something, but we got it for 149 Dollars through Angie's List, but it was one 140 the last time I had it done also. So, I didn't see a saving there. They were not good at being punctual. The guy in charge was sending out younger people. The best part was that the kid he sent to my place was the best for the job. He was a people's person, and he was good at what he was doing. He is young, and he will learn a little more as time goes by, but it went fine. They had advertized 4 rooms, but I only had 3 rooms, but I knew what I was paying and for what. I didn't really see any savings but I had my carpet cleaned, and I was glad to pay the money, and I went through Angie's List, which adds credibility. The kid who came out was very nice.  He showed up on the day he was supposed to show up.

No furniture was moved to get under things. The gentlemen let his spray bottle for spot removal at an earlier job, so I had to empty out a spray bottle for him to use. Not a big deal...but worth mentioning. And they were no plastic footers to put under furniture, before putting the furniture back on wet floors (stanely steemer did..). The worker was very nice and professional however.

Green Choice carpet did an amazing job. I have cream colored berber carpet and the stairs, being the main traffic area, were really dirty. There were (old) coffee stains from where my boyfriend had spilled coffee on several of the stairs. Green Choice was somehow able to get all of the stains out! In the past, carpet cleaners have rushed through the cleaning but the young man from Green Choice spent TWO HOURS cleaning 2 sets of stairs and 3 rooms. I am very happy with the service. I highly recommend Green Choice and I will definitely use them again.
