Terrible experience and still in process. They showed up late in a rented truck that wasn’t there’s. It was rented from Penske with other people’s belongings loaded behind ours. The other belongings were going to Indiana and we we going from Michigan to Florida. The two guys they sent told us they would be unloading the truck tomorrow into a warehouse. This was June 8th and it was told delivery would be on or around June 11th. It’s June 30th and no belongings have been delivered. They don’t call you, you try to call them and get a “dispatcher” that has no idea where your belongings are or when you will get them. We are constantly told “this weekend”, but it comes and goes. We also were told they legally have 21 days to deliver and that has come and gone. Read the reviews everywhere people, you won’t find a GoId one out there. If our belongings arrive it sounds like things will be missing and extremely damaged, if they show up at all. Not only that, they want to repack and re-tape your boxes for a nice fee. One of our two guys that packed the truck was amazing!! They other complained, took lots of smoke breaks, ripped our new sleep number bed mattress AND he was in charge of the paperwork and pricing and he had no idea what he was doing except for trying to get our bill higher and higher. Beware!!!
