HE BUILT A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, BUT HE DIDN'T DO ALL OF THE THINGS HE SAID HE WOULD DO IN THE CONTRACT. WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT THIS, HE SAID TO EITHER TAKE THE HOUSE OF LEAVE IT. HE SAID IF I DIDN'T WANT IT HE WOULD JUST SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.
