a virus had infected my computer. I called the company and they sent out someone the next morning to pick up my desk top. they called me with an estimate and were able to do the work in one day and return it to me. a week later my daughters laptop computer was also having a problem. she elected to drop it off at their location. her computer was alittle more difficult to repair, so it actually took 3 days for them to work on it. the price was about the same for both computers. i figured we could get maybe one or two more years out of them...so hence the repairs. it has been over a month and all is well. i would recommend and use them again.

I was extremely please throughout all my experiences working with GiaSpace. I met with the web developer who was able to help me with ideas of how I wanted my site to look. Robert created all the artwork on the site himself and even helped with creating a logo for the project, which we use other places besides the website. I provided the text that I wanted on the site and GiaSpace did the rest. The entire staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. I also use GiaSpace to maintain my home PC. In one instance, a technician came to my home to clean up viruses and spy ware for me. He was punctual and performed tasks quickly.
