Lets be honest. I have a horrible taste in my mouth when it comes to construction and GC's Finally I met someone who is professional, is hungry, wants you (the client) to be happy, and send referrals. Yes, HE GETS IT!!! Truly I will not do another job without Mauricio on board. If you don't use Mauricio that's your issue, but at least get him to quote the job.
Description of Work: Mauricio has been hired to do numerous jobs for me; a whole waterproofing of my home, a restoration of a roof and stained glasses window and recently to help complete a job from another GC (long story). I made the mistake and could not wait for Mauricio to finish another job to get to mine, so I went without him . Ouch what a painful lesson I learned.
