My original site ran out of capacity, not in space which a user can track on their own, but in the number of files. If you have more than 1000 website files, you may run into their limit and then the charge changes to $99.00/mo for a dedicated server. With .gif and image files, that's easily 15 files per page. Their services in person nor email do not mention you may run out of space, you'll simply have to ask the right questions. Mostly, the personnel in customer service are not able to communicate effectively. They have several tech support lines and customer support lines, for 1. affinity.com, 2. gate.com and 3. valueweb.com without a coherent communication. Phone calls are often asking for a membership number and not knowing WHICH company of the three you have subscriptions to. Be prepared to hear regular contradictions between different departments.
