When I called to make the appointment I was told that there was a $50 service charge just to come and look. I was advised that there would be an additional labor charge. When I explained that the labor would involve replacing a bolt that fell out, I was assured that the labor charge would be minimal. The repairman came and spent less than 2 minutes relacing the bolt. He then tried to pressure me into having some "routine maintenance" done on the door for an additional $350. When I refused, there was an "unethical" discussion, followed by him telling me the minimum labor charge for simply replacing the bolt was $90 plus the $50 service charge. The total bill with the tax and fuel surcharge came to $158. I paid it with a credit card, and called the office again. I left several voicemails which were not returned and 2 days later I finally reached the woman I had originally spoken with. She said the charge was entirely fair, but that she would look into it. I never heard from her again. I would never recommend this company; there are so many other choices in this area.
