"We are sorry for this customer's unfortunate experience, however we have no record of her contacting our company. Her information is not in our data base, and we keep record of our customer's from the past 10 years. We had to go through Angie's List Support Team to see why she rated us the way she did because after researching our data base, message books and asking our staff if she had ever called our company no one has heard of her, and there are no messages from her. She must be confusing us with another company because we have not had any communication with her. Every opportunity a customer gives us to serve them is an opportunity for us to grow and expand. There is no reason for us to not take in to consideration a potential customer's interest in us. Nevertheless, we do feel sorry for her poor quality experience with the company that she contacted. We received and "F" rating for something we did not do. Her reaction is understandable. However, we would like to ask that she is more careful when rating because our Angie's List profile is our first impression to customers and this rating makes it look like we are careless with potential clients. We do strive to provide excellent customer service, as our customers are our #1 priority."
