Fresh Remodel

After researching and visiting numerous home remodeling companies, we visited the beautiful showroom of Fresh Remodel and met Andrea and Dasiel Duran. We were interested in remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom, with new flooring throughout the house, as well as new ceiling lights and new closet systems. Andrea was invaluable as an interior designer and planner, spending many hours with us reviewing and finalizing our plans as well as making certain we chose the right hardware, lights and material for the floors and the cabinets. As the project manager, Dasiel overlooked and coordinated the exceptional and professional workforce which completely gutted and then rebuilt the interior of our home. Dasiel was also able to quickly alleviate any concerns and kept the project on schedule. Andrea and Dasiel truly model their business on their slogan "Every Detail Counts". We are extremely happy with our "new" home and highly recommend Fresh Remodel for any construction needs.

Very professional and expert job. The $90 initial, on-site visit by Duran was most valuable in going over plans and he had good recommendations— and by the way, the $90 was returned when we signed on to the project. Our contact person Krystin Cruz was excellent all along the process.

to say we were happy is an understatement. we had 4 separate projects done with fresh over the years each project was different. their design team helped us turn our home into a dream house. the construction team was punctual, neat and provide strong lines of communication.

We had our kitchen remodeled along with vinyl plank flooring installed. The kitchen and new floor look amazing and far exceeded our expectations. We previously used Fresh Floor Kitchen & Bath to remodel our guest bathroom which also looks beautiful. Everyone in this company was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them.

I contacted the company to do a whole remodeling of my guest bathroom and, besides the city permit (which is always a headache) everything turned out excellent. Jaime oversaw the job, and the outcome was outstanding!, the bathroom looks like the ones from a design magazine and no doubt I will contact them again for more projects.

The process was longer than expected, 5 weeks vs 3 weeks originally quoted, but it was worth it, very nice job!

Very smooth, I like the fact that they are not trying to sell you a kitchen (like most in town). no pushy sales man (like most in town). they give you time and when you are ready to call them. They worked magic with my budget, never questioning my choices, or making me feel like I was going to miss something. They also do all the project management which is wonderful for busy people like me, I always dealt with my PMO, not workers; they project started on time, and finished on time.

Excellent experience from design to completion with Fresh Floor, Kitchen & Bath. The designers were excellent... Dayana was very helpful in thinking through the look and feel I wanted in my place. The construction process was as smooth as one can expect and it was done with a lot of care and professionalism. They kept the place clean too! I would work with them again without question.

This is the second project I used Fresh for. They were fantastic to work with. The quartz took a long time to come in, but they communicated well and that allowed me to coordinate other contractors easily. The countertop looks AMAZING! I have leftover quartz and they worked with me to make sure it will be available for future projects. I will be using them for bathroom remodeling in the future. Thanks for the great experience - again!

The ladies in the store were absolutely fantastic and the design and selection was perfect. They started on the date promised and everything went well overall. Of course with any major project there will be surprises and setbacks but the work was completed and we are happy with the results.

THE OWNER COMES TO YOUR HOME AND TAKES PHOTOS AND MEASUREMENTS. IF YOU CONTRACT WITH THEM, THE FEE IT COSTS FOR THIS IS RETURNED TO YOU. THEM WE RECEIVED TWO VISITS WITH A DESIGNER IN THE SHOWROOM WHO SHOWED US ALL KINDS OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS. THE FINISHED PRODUCT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL. WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING TO RENOVATE THEIR HOME.

We were very pleased from start to finish. Design services were great as well as variety of finishes, cabinets, etc. We were specific about what we wanted, and they executed flawlessly and on time and on budget. No financial surprises. They also used qualified electricians and plumbers to rewire, replumb, and hook everything up. As soon as we save up enough money, we are going to hire them to redo our bathrooms.

The services went excellent. They had a project manager who kept in contact with me on a daily basis. They were always on time, very clean, and excellent workmanship. Before the project commenced the store personnel were knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and personable.

The quote was very high, and I found them to be somewhat snobby. They made it clear that they aren't interested in any smaller jobs.

The team at Fresh were great to work with. They are more than just professional. They treated me like their most important customer. I had big, expensive dreams for my new kitchen and floor. I decided to work with them after getting quotes from several companies. I only want to work with people that have been in business for several years because it really shows in their expertise and trustworthiness to do what they promise - and actually deliver. Arlet and Duran helped me translate all of my pictures, ideas and excitement into a beautiful remodel. No one tried to pressure me to spend more than I budgeted ? which was what I appreciated. But I was ecstatic that the wood, tile, knobs - every piece of material was supreme quality. A visit to their showroom will give any client just a taste of the fantastic design ideas they can create. But what really mattered is they did not just create a carbon copy of what I saw in the showroom, online at Houzz or in a magazine. I had a design appointment where we spent all the time I needed to pick out MY preferred colors and finishes. Heck, it even took 3 tries to finally pick the knobs I wanted for the cabinets. And no one made me feel like I was being rushed or forced to just hurry up and make a decision. That's why I love my home now. They gave me an estimate of 6 weeks for the complete kitchen and floor installation, but finished in only a little over 5. (Yay!) However I have a smaller home so plan for more time if you have a larger home or project list. Everyone that comes into my home notices the quality materials used and rich colors. I now have quality solid wood kitchen cabinets, beautiful quartz counters and gorgeous porcelain tile floors throughout my entire home. I am BEYOND happy that I chose this company to do my remodel.

Very nice shop and very nice people. Very pricy. They recommended flooring to us that ultimately would have been a very bad choice with our dogs, so I assume they were pushing a product they wanted to sell. After they came and gave us an estimate, and we said it was too much money and that we would have to cut back on their design, we never heard from them again. Obviously the wrong provider for us, they are going after high-end, major overhauls.

He did not do the job because I did not want to pay for an estimate.

Outstanding work from the company and its subcontractors. Work was a full kitchen renovation including electrical, moving/installing appliances, removing and replacing flooring, custom cabinets, and removal of popcorn ceiling. Workers were punctual, polite, picked up after them selves, and did outstanding work. Of note were the carpenter and the stone mason responsible for cutting and installing the granite island and countertops. Truly outstanding work by both of these individuals. All work was done on time, and the company has been outstanding about following up and correcting minor issues discovered over the past year during the warranty period. If I have a complaint, it is that the project manager could have done a better job of managing my expectations in terms of what days there would be workers on site, and what days there weren't. I often didn't find out until the day of that there was to be no work performed that day.

We remodeled our entire kitchen. New cabinets, countertops, installed a chimney exhaust and converted a bilevel island to a single level. Also installed laminate through out entire house. From beginning to end the process went well. The showroom employees were helpful and attentive with my design decisions. The workers were great. Never felt uncomfortable leaving them in my home alone. They were even wonderful with my dog. Any little concern was taken care of and i am very very happy with my new kitchen. Duran always answered the phone for any questions and was always accessible. I contacted a few contractors during the estimate stage and they the only ones that really gave me a feeling they were interested in doing the job. im very glad I had the opportunity to work with them. i highly recommend them.

Fresh Kitchen was great to work with, from the initial design to the finished job. We were given a number of alternative ways to design the job, had access to great materials. The workers were punctual and professional. In a job this big, issues are likely to arise. The Fresh Kitchen staff was very responsive and took care to alleviate any concerns we had. Overall a really great experience and we are thrilled with our new floor and kitchen!

They are an excellent company. They had a project manager that was on onsite every day to check the work. I would highly recommend them. They were very trustworthy.
