FOUR STAR CLEANING

We called and spoke to the owner Rhoda who scheduled the service for Thursday Jan 25th. We called the day prior to confirm and Rhoda could not find the scheduled appt. but was able to ''fit us in''. We were assured that the cleaning person would have all the tools and supplies necessary and that we would not have to provide anything. The cleaning person arrived 55 minutes late and did not have any tools or supplies. We had to provide paper towels, a scrub brush, glass cleaner, bathroom cleaner and a bucket. We had to have her redo the windows in the bedrooms and the chrome in the bathrooms, which had not been done properly after she redid it. She only vacuumed the center of the rooms (unfortunately we only realized this after she had left and we started cleaning the baseboards, discovering all the dirt and hair that hadn't been vacuumed). The worst part is that she actually mopped our floors using a T-shirt on the end of a stick! She was also constantly on the phone while ''cleaning''.
