I called at almost 5pm and spoke to Gary, within 1 hour he was on the job moving my appliances to the warehouse, at a very compatible rate. Movers were all professinal and experienced. Will use again and again

A PURE AND ABSOLUTE DISASTER. FIRST, THE MOVERS DID NOT SHOW ON THE APPOINTED DAY AND BEGAN THE MOVE ON A WEEKEND, EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT. BEGAN MOVE ON SATURDAY  SUPERVISOR MADE AN APPEARANCE AND THEN DISAPPEARED. AS MOVE PROGRESSED, I FOUND THAT BOXES WERE NOT LABELED AND RATHER THAN ATTEMPT TO PLACE BOXES IN APPROPRIATE ROOMS, SELECTED THE GARAGE FOR DOWNSTAIRS ROOMS AND A SPARE ROOM FOR UPSTAIRS, WHEN I COULD DETERMINE THE CONTENTS. TO DATE, I FOUND EXPENSIVE SWEATERS TROWN IN THE BOTTOM OF A BOX WITH DIRTY BOOKS PILED ON TOP I STILL CANNOT PUT MY LAMPS TOGETHER BECAUSE THE MOVERS SEPARTED THE SHADES AND HARPS AND I CANNOT FIND EITHER. DVD PLAYERS WERE NOT PACKED WITH CONNECTIONS AND TO DATE HAVE NOT FOUND THEM. I FOUND ITEMS BROKEN, MANY ITEMS STILL MISSING, I FOUND THE TRASH PACKED FROM THE KITCHEN IN THE FORMER HOUSE. I STILL HAVENT FOUND AN EXPENSIVE PAIR OF DRESS SHOES, MY FATHER STILL HAS CLOTHING MISSING, JACKETS, ETC. ARE STILL OUT THERE IN CYBERSPACE. THE OWNER UNDERESTIMATED THE MOVE TO GET THE BUSINESS AND THEN I FOUND ALL SORTS OF HIDDEN COSTS WHICH RAN THE BILL UP TO OVER  $13000. I WAS HOUNDED BY THE CREW SUPERVISOR FOR TIPS FOR  THE MOVING CREW, MOST OF WHOM JUST SAT AROUND AND TALKED WHILE A FEW OTHERS DID MOST OF THE WORK. I WAS OFFERED HELP TO UNLOAD BOXES AND MOVE THEM TO BETTER ORGANIZE THE GARAGE AND TO FIND MY CHRISTMAS ITEMS. THAT EXPERIENCE COST ME OVER 300 DOLLARS FOR THE DAY ABOUT TWO WEEKS LATER. TO THEIR CREDIT, SOME OF THE CREW WERE COOPERATIVE AND FRIENDLY THE REST WERE ALOOF AND INDIFFERENT. THEIR RESPECT FOR PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED.I FEEL MUCH OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THERE HAD BEEN ADEQUATE SUPERVISION. THE OWNER CLAIMED TO HAVE MOVE INDIVIDUALS IN MY AREA WHO LIVED IN LARGE HOMES. AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, I WONDER HOW LARGE THE HOMES WERE.

They were excellent. They provided all of the supplies for the move in advance. It was included in the move. They did it for a flat rate which was very reasonable. They were on time. They sent 4 movers so they were able to do it very quickly. They were very careful wrapped all of the delicate, damagable items. We were very pleased with them. We had compared and shopped around and the price was reasonable. They were quick, they did the whole move in 4 hours.

I have previously used Fort Lauderdale Moving  & Storage five times over the years and for the most part I have had a very good experience. They charge a fair price and always send three movers versus the two most other companies usually offer. They always work hard and expeditiously. A few years ago, I was on a deadline and had to move quickly as I needed to immediately leave for Tampa after the boxes were dropped in the new residence. Gary, the owner promised to throw in a fourth mover at no charge. On the date of the move, only three arrived, but once I brought it to Gary's attention, he fixed it and had a fourth mover show up promptly. I do also have to mention that two moves ago, one of my boxes was lost. When I brought it to Gary's attention, he said he would check into it, but I never heard back from him. I gave them a "B" in responsiveness for this reason. I was a little disappointed about that, but when weighing the pros and cons, I decided to continue using this company. Luckily, it was only bakeware. They have always done a good job (except for that one unlikely experience) and nothing has ever been broken. Overall I would recommend them.

We got this great crew because our 1st pic could not make it because of truck issues.These guys were great, professional, packed properly, protected furniture before heading to truck!Awesome. Period.
