I have used Florida Shores Cleaning for a few months now and am very happy with their work. They are professional, thorough with their cleaning, and have always shown up on time. Recently I also used them to clean the outside windows around the entire house. Prices and value are excellent. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to providing excellent service. GIANNI seems like a sweet man but this is where it ends . Cleaning was not just terrible .Deceiving comes to mind. I did not want to leave review first but after walking around the house after this so called cleaning I decided to warn others . Gianni gives very low quote of 90$ for 4/2 house . I decided to try him out only bases on very good reviews he has . Though some of them were alarming but majority were good . That fact by itself boggles my mind even more than a quality of his cleaning . Believe me neighbors even the low quote he gave me exceeds the quality. Gianni came with his helper Tammy. They spent 2.5 hours in my house . So it is 5 human hours altogether . When he walked in we had quite a discussion with him about how to clean marble and granite . He wanted to use sort of glass cleaner on granite . I had to google for him an article where it said windows or similar solution are very harmful on granite . He said : so how will you clean well with just water. I said well that is how it gets cleaned for past 23 years we live in this house . Just water or May be just a touch of soap . Gianni used it as a reason for not cleaning countertops leaving crumbs everywhere when we discussed it later after they left . Gianni called my requirement for cleaning detail oriented and later he said he can not provide it to me on weekly basis . But allow me to describe here in details . KITCHEN : when Giani walked in I pointed out to kitchen cabinets and reminded him that he was going to clean it from outside . That what my previous cleaner of 8 years did. He reassured me .Cabinets were not touched . All counter tops were covered with crumbs . There were grease spots here and there . Stove was not washed properly . There were splashes on top . Out of 2 shelves , 1 was not washed . Faucet was not shined. Still had soap scums on it . Kitchen rugs were not vacuumed . Floor was washed with dirty mop and I had to rewash it immediately after they left . Wish they did not touch it at all . There were lots of hair and dust left On a floor which again boggles my mind how did they manage to omit it if they washed the floor . BATHROOMS : toilet was left dirty . Sides of toilet bowl was not washed . Behind toilet was not washed . Sink left with hair in it . Again faucet was not shined but left with soap scums . Toilet seat had hair on it . Window seal was not washed , had hair all over and soap scums . I sent Giani there again and he sort of finished the job . Became better but still far from that clean bathroom look . LIVING ROOM : rug was not vacuumed properly . Still lots of particles left . I specifically asked Gianni as soon as he walked in if he vacuums under couches . He reassured me saying yea . That was not done. Around legs of a high couch there were lots of dust .Debrees were left in the corners of living room . Bar area has one wide streak of clean , the rest was left dusty BEDROOMs: one bedroom they just forget about it . Yes completely forget . I was not feeling well and was using tht bedroom at the time . Gianni told me to leave so they could clean and they never cleaned it . You might ask me may be they cleaned but not well ? The answer is NO , it was not touched at all . Nothing was dusted , floor was not washed . While I was relocated I ended up laying down in another bedroom . While they dusted it floor was left untouched . I called him out on it and asked if they will finish cleaning it . His assistant Tammy said she did not clean it because I was in there lol . So you were not going to even tell me to step out so you can clean there ? That was just wild ð . With that said upstairs part of the house that was cleaned just by Tammy was cleaned much better than downstairs that was cleaned by Gianni. Downstairs just looked bizarre and making no sense . I can not recommend this company. Mind boggling go they manages to her all these good ...

What a GREAT job Gianni (the owner) and Malcolm (his assistant) did. Never before have I seen a cleaner get down on their hands and knees to scrub my tile floors. They have been together 28 years. Super friendly and hard working they take real pride in the what they do and it shows. My home has never been so clean. I could not ask more from a home cleaner. Oh, I guess that you could ask for one more thing. They are VERY reasonably priced too. As long as they continue to want to clean my home I have found my home cleaners for life.Thank you Gianni and Malcolm you are the BEST!

Wow… now I know how a house should really be cleaned. Johnny and Malcom did an amazing job. They cleaned from the baseboards to the top of picture frames!! Very professional and hard working! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
