They were punctual and arrived when they said they would. Did not request deposit nor payment until closets were installed. Their installer was knowledgeable and competent. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely hire them again when I decide to do the another of my closets.

They did exactly what they said they would in a quick fashion which can be hard to find in South Florida.

Outstanding service from start to finish, very professional, top of the line quality

I remember pricing was very reasonable. I still recommend them to anyone looking for closet organizers.

Steve Eckstein was the initial designer. He was friendly and courteous, and what he designed on paper is what I got in actuality.
His contractor, Eric, is all business. He came to the house, got the work done according to what was designed. He cam to the house two different times, I had called them out for a second job cause the first one went so nicely, plus the price was better than two other companies I had received overpriced quote from.
Eric was an hour and a half late the first time (he said his cell phone battery died and he was on another job that ran overtime - not a big deal, but this is why I gave them a "B"), but punctual on the second go.

The work was beautiful. It was done in a very timely fashion, and they cleaned up after they were finished. Before I paid him, I asked if I could load heavy things (because the items were wall-mounted), and he demonstrated physically how the new setup could support his weight (at least 150 lbs). So, I was convinced!
If I had another closet to design, I would MOST DEFINITELY use this company again, and recommend to friends, family, anyone.

I had them do the master closets this year. It came out better than I expected because I had way more room afterwards than I thought. My husband questioned the design but it turned out that Steve really knew what he was doing because we stuck with his plan and it was perfect. The installer was Nat and he was great, too. He explained how everything worked, how the shelves could be adjusted and he was neat and professional. A very positive experience.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class job. Our walls as it is an old home are not perfect and that did not stop them from making it come out perfect
