Awesome! Ariel,the owner, set an appointment where he explained what they would do in detail. When our counter was ready, he came out promptly to take the measurements and within a week they came to install the counter top and the under counter sink,waterfall and backsplash. His team was professional, polite and clean. They also drilled holes for the faucet, garbage disposal switch and pop up outlet.

Could not have gone better. From the initial meeting with Ariel to the installation with James, Ivan and Nelson, it was an excellent experience. Eva in the office was also courteous and efficient. They were prompt, professional and removed the mess. I highly recommend them!

Ariel from Five Stars Countertops called me back quickly, came the next day and gave a reasonable quote, finished the job quickly and even came back after 5:45 on a Friday night so I could be home to approve the placement of the sink and faucet before he cut the holes. Five Stars Countertops replaced nearly 20 linear feet of countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. Extra work was to cut down the ledge on the island to make a single surface. They gave a detailed explanation of the amount of material needed and the tasks involved. Installation took place as scheduled and was completed in just over 4 hours. The crew knew what they were doing and dealt with the little hiccups that pop up on any job. They went about their work very efficiently. They were also careful when bringing materials in and out of the house. We are very pleased with their work. Having gone through a major kitchen renovation previously, we felt Five Stars' price was good and honest.

5 Star Countertops came out on trine and gave us an estimate. We chose the granite that we wanted and the price actually went down! A second measurement was made and 7 days later the install was done. There was enough material left to also produce a small vanity countertop and back splash. A small miscalculation on the back splash was corrected and the install looks great! I highly reccomend Ariel and 5 Star Countertops!

Amazing experience working with this company. Ariel went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the job. They always arrived on time and the job was completed on time. He even did some extra final details to make everything even more spectacular

I hate to write a negative review when I liked the owner so much but he really needs to get a new installer for tile. I am supplying many pictures so you can see for yourself. First let me say that the installer was a slob. He dripped the glue (or whatever it is that makes tiles stick to the wall) on plates and silverware (see pic). In addition, he dripped it across my garage floor. He dripped grout on the floor which I could not get off. I called the owner who showed up 2 days later and scraped the grout from the floor with a razor blade (see pic). Finally, the installer threw all trash in my recycling bin (see pic) which I ended up just putting to the curb and having them haul it away although I felt guilty about that. He slapped so much grout on the tiles, I could not tell where the grout ended and the tile began (see pic). He stopped installing the tiles on one side of the kitchen where the cabinet ended and then on the other side, he went to the end of the counter. It looks ridiculous. In addition, he has the tiles so close together that it looks nothing like the sample in the store. The owner told me to get 35 sq feet of tile which I did (for approximately 25 sq feet of area to be tiled). However in the middle of the job, the installer told me I needed another 2 boxes of tiles which cost me an additional $239. I hate the job he did so much that if I hadn’t spent a total of $722 to Floor and Décor (this was not top of the line expensive tile) and $565 to Five Stars, I would rip it out and start all over again. The owner of the company was very nice and he cleaned up the tile and the floor. But the results are still terrible.
