First Class Lawn and Tree Service Inc

Is it me or is it hard to get providers to answer the phone these days?? Jeff was one of only 2 companies to actually answer the phone when I called. I started down the list on 'Angie's List' and 8 out of 10 calls went to voice mail.  The other provider who answered didn't have time until the next day to come by for an estimate (happy to see business is so good for everyone). 

3/4 if my transaction was handled over the phone initially with these guys. Jeff agreed to come out almost immediately to estimate. When he got to my house, he called me and as he walked the yard it was obvious that he was knowledgeable - quite a relief!  Once we discussed the entire scope of work we needed we negotiated a fair price and he had a helper and equipment to start at the moment! He also went over and above by picking up a tree that I would have had to otherwise had delivered all the way up in Boynton Beach for me. His charge to do that was very fair!!

When I got home from work they were still there plugging and digging away.  Has they promised, they completed the work, including the haul away and even swept off the street where dirt and small debris had fallen. I know for a fact that most other landscapers would NEVER have done that. 

We will be using Jeff's services again in the near future and we suggest that you call him first - he ANSWERS the phone!!

UPDATE: 11/2012:
So I tried to call Jeff several other times about additional work and got no response :(  Also, I discovered, one of the jobs I had hired him for was to remove a rock bed and put sod down.  Due to a broken sprinkler head, I had to dig into the fresh planted sod and MUCH to my dismay, much, if not all of the rock (which I paid handsomly extra to remove) was still there. Perhaps there was the numbers game being played? What are the chances I'd have had to get under that newly planted sod? Both Jeff and I lost this time...
 

He had one of the most amazing pieces of equipment I have ever seen, a robotic stump grinder that looked like a small tank.  With a joystick controller inhis hand, he got it off the trailer, on to our lawn and went to work -- or rather the machine did.  In about 20 minutes, this modern marvel removed the stump to well below grade and all the surrounding roots.  Jeff then filled in the hole, cleaned uo any dirt from the street, took his check and moved on.  Fast, efficient, very economical and neat.
