AWESOME! THEY REPLACED ALL MY TIRES AND PROVIDED AN UNBELIEVABLE DEAL. IALSO HAD A CHACK ENGINE LIGHT THAT WOULD NOT GO OFF FOR MANY MANY YEARS. THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND THE TOOK CARE OF IT. THANK YOU GUYS

STORE #308521 Plantation, FL. I made an appointment on Friday July 12 2019 for the purchase and installation of 2 tires the following morning Sat 13 2019 at 10:00 AM. I dropped off the car at 9:55 AM. According to the paperwork, the car would be ready at 12:00 PM (2 hours after drop-off). Having received no call by 2:00 PM (4 hours past drop-off and 2 hours past estimated completion), I called the store and was told that my car was "next in line". Yet another 1 1/2 hours (5 1/2 hours after drop-off and 3 1/2 hours past estimated completion and pick-up), I walked back to the store in 90 degree weather only to find my car still sitting in the original "customer parking" space that I had used when I dropped off the car 5 1/2 hours earlier. The car had never even been moved to a repair staging area or inside the garage to be worked on. There was only 1 lift out of 6 being used and only 1 mechanic working on a car. The other 2 mechanics and the customer "service" manager were in the front office casually speaking to each other. There were no customers waiting in the office waiting for their cars. The customer service manager didn't even bother to make an excuse or apologize. I asked for my car keys back and drove off without new tires. The only thing I could think of is that the huge sign on my back window condemning Donald Trump for recent atrocities being committed down at the southern border to migrants made me ripe to be subjected to discrimination by Firestone solely based on my political views. While I can understand the business decision that Firestone Corporate has made to not offend the majority of their customer base, IT STILL APPEARS THAT THIS WAS DISCRIMINATION BY FIRESTONE SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF MY POLITICAL VIEWS.

They don't honor their warranty when you buy tires.

This review is on the Southwest Ranches store located off of Dykes at Sheridan Rd. We bought a lifetime alignment on our vehicle when we lived in Texas and have only used Firestone for oil changes since purchasing the truck in 2009. We thought that maybe our tires were wearing unevenly even though every other time we get an oil change we also have an alignment and the tires rotated. And well if the tires were rotated routinely that should wear all at the same time. Anyway, last week I marked each tire without telling them because I wanted to see if they were really rotating them. After the job was finished I looked at my markings and to my dismay the tires had not been rotated. No excuse was acceptable especially since I handed the tech. the tire key after he asked for it. I showed it to the and quot;managerand quot; and he proceeded to rotate them. When he brought the truck around front for me he left a large oily foot print on the carpet. It had to of been done intentionally. My husband was mad. By the way, he told me that the technician was sent home for the day. Now then, the oil change before this one they bust the plug on the oil pan, did not put a new one in or tell me. At home I began to see oil spills on our cement pavers. A lot of oils spills. So my husband got on his back and saw the the plug was not aligned correctly. When I took the truck I learned that it was broken. I had to wait about an hour for them to get a new replacement plug. We are going elsewhere!!

I thought the price was more expensive than others.

I purchased tires there about a year ago and I went back because they have not been driving properly. The gentleman took me outside and showed me the problem that I was having. I realized that I should have had the tires aligned, but I didn't so they started making a noise. He offered a credit on the tires, but I wasn't in the financial position to replace all four. I will absolutely use them in the future. Customer service was A+

I had used the Firestone on Pines Blvd. and Hiatus and had been ripped off. So I tried this place. What a difference. They didn't come up with stuff to make money. The other place came up with non-existent problems - wow - scary! But these guys were honest especially in comparison. And they were punctual - and personable!

The experience has been positive. The tires look good and they were professional; I had no problems with them.
