"Member; We are confused with your post. After reading this, we researched your invoice, we found that we were at your home on Nov.29, 2002. This was almost 10 years ago. We were called to clear out a stoppage. We arrived, ran a closet auger through bowl in the bath by kitchen, pulling out paper, which cleared the toilet stoppage. The invoice was Inv # 14526 and was for a total of $95.00. It was paid C.O.D. Your post states a $4,000.00 invoice and cutting many holes. Is it possible you used another plumber, before contacting us? It was a long time ago, and we want to be sure you are satisfied. We atttempted to contact you today, but could not locate your phone number. Please feel free to contact us if anything. (954) 929-7473. Thank you."
"This job was actually done between Dec 2 & Dec 28, 2000. Over 11 years ago. Unfortunately, sometimes when attempting to locate a leak, Plumbers must search in more than one location. However, we did find the leak on the 2nd try (meaning 2 holes). According to our records we went out to this home a total of 4 times, two of them being on Christmas Eve, and we didn't even charge Overtime for the Holiday, and one of thoes trips we did at No Charge. The total of all 3 invoices were $685.00, so that shows we did complete the work. We located the leak on Christmas Eve and returned on Dec 28 to repair it. These invoices were paid in full in March of 2001."
