Mailing Service
Store experience seemed OK. The next day I track the delivery and it states that it was delivered to incorrect address so taken back to Fedex office. I check the receipt and mailing information and confirm that it is correct on these documents. I FINALLY got through on the phone to find out that the person where I mailed the package put the wrong address on the label and didn't bother to ask me to confirm it if he had trouble reading it. This was a very important package and I had paid a considerable amount to guarantee delivery by a certain time and date, so I registered a complaint with Fedex on its website expecting at least a little return of the money I paid since the delivery was not done as guaranteed, and it was the Fedex employee's mistake. NOTHING. NO RESPONSE.
