A terrible experience! I can't remember when I have felt so angry and vcitimized.

The sales process was professional and efficient. I was provided with a quote and made the booking very easily. On the day of the move the movers showed up 30 minutes late and proceeded to move my stuff. They were curtious and efficient - all though one guy was on his cell phone most of the time talking to his friends.
The one thing that annoyed me, and I am not sure if this is unique to these guys was that there was a 22% diesel surcharge added to the total at the end. This was not explained to me during the sales process and seemed a little extreme for an 8 mile move. Also at the end the figure they charged me didn't add up.
Overall left me with a bad taste in my mouth because of the shady charges.
Update: The movers dismantled some of the furniture (a bed and a dresser) and the screws/bolts are nowhere to be found. They also damaged a lamp.

They were lousy. They started out good but they turned bad. They were very fine when they first started out. They started out by doing everything good, but they stole some stuff when they went to deliver it. They threw garbage on the ground. They didn't unload the truck completely and there were a couple of missing pieces. I talked to the owner and he didn't care. They started out as nice people and seemed to work honestly and know what they were doing, but when they started to deliver the house, they were unprofessional. They were right on time. Their pricing was reasonable and seemed to be in tune with that of everybody else.

IT WAS REALLY BAD BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT ALL OF OUR THINGS WOULD FIT IN ONE TRUCK & WE ENDED UP GETTING ANOTHER ONE. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE THERE ONE DAY BUT THEY DIDN'T COME UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. WE STILL GOT CHARGED FOR BOTH DAYS.
