so, we had storm damage because of Milton we hired a claims adjuster Travis Baldeo, he sent out Workers from Family First Mold and Water. They put a tarp on my roof and fans and an air purifier and sawed holes in my ceiling for testing. Well here is were it went all wrong. First other than that they staged everything. Took pics of them cleaning but really did not clean. held a rag in there hands looking as if they are cleaning a lamp or a toaster or a wall. It was all fake they cleaned nothing in my home and charged thousands. Also, the last time they came out they unloaded the equipment set it up put hazmat suits on took pics and 15 mins later reloaded the equipment and were done... It was a photo shoot. What a scam. How can they do people like this. and want to charge $17.000 for fake services. I am beyond mad. I will be taking quick legal action.
