He made mistakes on our taxes two years in a row. We had to pay the IRS penalties because he made mistakes on our taxes. That's not what we need from an accountant. We don't want accountants that say oops. Considering the fact, for getting the same thing done now is just $250 and it's been done correctly. His responsiveness was fine. As soon as he found out that he had left up and we got the letter from the IRS saying we owe them $3000, he responded very quickly. His punctuality was fine.
