I went there because the brake pedal was kind of low. They told me that I needed a new master cylinder. They told me to bring the car so they could bleed the brakes. I brought it on a saturday and waited a couple hours while they bled the brakes. The owner told me I still had a problem and I had to bring the car back after they ordered the part. After they replaced the master cylinder Jon the mechanic told me that that anti brake lock control module needed to be replaced and quoted me at a $1980 repair. I told them I couldn't have that done so I took my car to another shop. The new shop figured out it was just the slide lock pins on the caliper that were frozen and it was an easy repair for them to complete.

The price was a little bit kind of pricey but other than that everything was great. I think the service was really good.

That strange was very strange and rude, and unprofessional. I took the car in before I left on vacation and when I returned I found out it still had issues. I would not return or recommend this company.

I liked everything about them. The price was a little bit of an issue. You go in with your car and they'll know what it is. They'll give you alternatives. If you call them for a part and give them the VIN of your car, they will have the part waiting for you already when you bring your car in. In goes the car on the lift and in goes the part. It saves time.

If you ever wondered how a mechanic who has been in business over 20 years has all "A" reviews, bring your car to Expertech. Every time I went to the dealer they tried to sell me extra expensive services for a car that has only 15,000 miles on it and which has had the oil changed regularly. Expertech did a real inspection and service on my car. Misty at the front desk is cheerful and you are treated like a valued customer. The waiting room is comfortable and CLEAN. Very professional business and a welcome change from the dealer. I will definitely be back.

We received an outrageous quote by a local dealership, so I decided to call a nearby auto shop specializing in air conditioners. I happen to see ExperTech nearby and talked to Tony. He was very knowledgeable and professional over the phone so we brought the van in for inspection. He called me to discuss his findings, cost and repair schedule. I was very pleased with the service, cost and timely repair. I would have paid over $800 more at the dealership for something I didn't need, so I really appreciate Tony's honesty and professionalism. I recommend him to people I know looking for a trustworthy and professional auto repair shop and am glad to have found him for all our future auto repairs....great find! Oh, my husband was soo impressed by the cleanliness of his auto repair shop, another nice plus!!

They discussed with me the symptoms of what led up to the final failure of the radiator and determined the root cause of the problem and got it fixed as well as the defective part. The time to analyze the car was VERY quick and efficient PLUS the staff was very friendly and courteous. They even offer to give you a ride to where you need to go, if necessary. I will certainly use them again!!!

I would highly recommend this auto shop. I called Lenny for a quote and an appointment, he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I brought my car in the next day; they were very efficient and reasonably priced. Although the location was a little out of my way it was well worth it. I will only be using Expertech to take care of my car in the future.

Lenny (Tony's 2nd in command, I think), was in the facility when I brought the car in, and he took charge of the problem. He went to a lot of trouble trying to find a used Nissan Versa half-axle, but there was none available. He let me know how much the entire repair would cost to the penny and, when I agreed to the estimate, ordered a new half-axle from Nissan. It came in early Saturday morning, and Lenny drove over there personally to pick it up rather than wait for Nissan to deliver it. I really appreciate his doing that, as it guaranteed I would get my car back on Saturday, rather than having to a keep a rental car until Monday. After the repair was done I had to go back once to have the right front brake adjusted. This was a slight inconvenience, but only slight, and Tony (who runs Expertech) could not have been more accommodating. I have been coming here for years, and can recommend these guys. Tony has worked me in at times when his schedule was already pretty full, and I have never had a bad repair there. Competent mechanics, nice people, good work done in a timely way; what's not to like.

Firstly, they made it VERY easy for me to drop off and pick up my vehicle. They quoted me a fair price on exactly the tires in which I was interested (Michelin Defenders), and discussed my selection with me intelligently, confirming I had chosen the right product based on my on-line research. Most importantly, they did NOT try to upsell me on anything other than the alignment, which I suspected I'd need anyway. They showed me the computer results of the alignment inspection and explained it thoroughly, leaving it that it was my decision whether or not to have it done. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Expertech.

Got estimates from Sears and Pep Boys to replace both wheel bearing assemblies on the rear wheels. Both required a deposit to order parts which would take 1 to 2 days to procure. Went to ExperTech on Monday at 5:30 PM to get estimate. They quoted a price 10% and 20% below the previous estimates. They required no deposit and would do the work the next day. I scheduled for the next day. I dropped the car off on Tuesday. They gave me a ride to work, called me when the job was completed that day and then came and picked me up from work to get my car. They made what I thought would be an expensive, time consuming and inconvenient problem into a reasonably priced, no hassle experience. I like the way these guys do business.
