We are a full fledged inspection company working in South Florida for over 20 years. We focus on pre-purchase home inspections. We also provide pre-listing inspections (for sellers who want to know the condition of their homes). We provide 4-Point, Windstorm Mitigation and Roof Condition Certification inspections for insurance purposes. We also perform standard Roof, WDO/Termite, Swimming Pool, Vacant Land, Structural, Foundation and Major Systems Inspections. We are very detailed, thorough and customer focused on our inspections. Nice and very professional guy. In addition to inspecting the house, spent time explaining how to take care of some of the things I was unfamiliar with, such as the pool system. Very detailed inspection report with photos, estimates on the repairs as well as tips on how to take care of the main components of the house.
Price was competitive. Since only one person came to do the inspection, it took several hours to complete the inspection but that was not issue as we were not in an hurry.
An advice for any inspection company is to offer sewer line video inspection for houses more than 30 years as we later found out presence of roots in the sewer drain, that was were causing blockage. Since replacing a section of the sewer pipe could be very costly, it would be good to know the conditions of it before purchasing a house.
