Signed contract at the end of august 2012. They had an empty house for 2 months to do the remodel, but they started in November (after I had moved in). The quality of work was below what I expected to have gone to the expense to hire a licensed and insured GA (rather than using unqualified person).
I believe that other than the electrician everybody working on the remodel was not licensed and insured. The majority of the work was done by their handyman. To remodel such a small bathroom in 15 weeks is beyond belief.
