We had the work done in March 2010, looked good until April this year when tiles started fall off. So we decided to call other companies, approx. 7 to get the overall input. Naturally 3 were off the wall with the problem, but the consensus was after they examined it, the beam was built up to far 2 1/2" with no reinforcement, and was now shifting. Had all tiles replaced, build up on the beam removed and reinforced. Were able to save the coping. Used another company.

I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE WITH MY SELECTION AND THEY WERE WELL EQUIPPED FOR THE JOB. THEIR SERVICES WERE DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AT FIRST BUT NOW IT IS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF THEM OR HAVE THEM FIX A MINOR PROBLEM.
