The owner, spent time on the phone, showed up for the appointment, measured and promised a bid. Mr. Joiner seemed a little slick but knowledgeable. Apparently he purchased or took over the company from the previous owner. I suspect that the favorable reports about this company might be from the previous owner. I called no less than 3 times and sent several emails with no response. The same women answered the phone each time and I repeatedly asked why he was not calling back. She just said she had passed on the message. If they did not have the time or resources to to take on our small job, or even if he just didn't like us, Michael Joiner should have had the courtesy to respond to my repeated attempts to get in touch.
