Plants installed while we were not home, so Jason installed two palms two far from the fence and we had to call him back to move, the mulch was not restored after moving. The one year warranty was never honored and he stopped responding completely after we experienced problems with some of the plants with stunted growth issues. The one year warranty ran out and we never heard from Jason to get the issues resolved. Additionally, he never discussed or recommended any type of irrigation for the installed landscape nor did he added anything to block weed growth. I dont think he really knows what he is doing at all although he comes across very professional at first.

"First of all if you were not happy why did you say you were and why did you pay me?.. I do great work for a great price. Also I have the pics of your home and we did a great job.. you maintaining it was the issue..not the plants or trees or any installation issues..I have it recorded and photos of how it grew in..so I am sorry you did not upkeep your landscaping but all you had to do is reach out to us..we came out like 4 times free ..documented..so if you are going to blame someone blame the right person..you. or whoever was the one to not maintain the lamdscaping..we still wish the best to you and would love to stop by and evaluate the area ..it is all out of any warranty but if you can prove we were at fault I will replace that item..but j have proof we did everything correct to contract."
