The original plan was the replace the window frame from my 2006 Honda Accord windows, which were worn out and fading in color.
I brought the car in for a quote. The quote included replacing the windows' belt strips, the upper moldings and buff the entire car. To reduce costs, I asked about the option where I obtained the belt strips and upper moldings myself. They agreed without any opposition whatsoever. Even gave me a quote with Honda's part numbers for the parts I should try to obtain. After obtaining a quote for the parts myself, I totaled all quotes and decided it was a total amount that I was able to pay. 
When I bring my car in to be serviced, it turned out that the part numbers that were given to me for the upper moldings were incorrect. Rather than costing ~ $30 each, the correct part numbers costed ~ $160 each. So the entire job I actually wanted done on the car was not completed, and it was going to cost me $260 more than anticipated, because of their mistake.
Despite this situation, I was willing to work with the provider and pay the $260 additional amount. It's been over a month and they have not called me back, even though I have followed up with several phone calls.
So the work was partially completed and it is going to cost me a lot more than what I thought initially, since I was provided incorrect information.
Avoid this people as much as you can!

We liked the end result they did on our Honda. We picked it up late in the day at first and the next day my husband noticed a slight difference in tone of color so we took it back and they were very nice and did i little extra buffing to make it match better.

I like their work. Their work is thorough. Price wise, they were fair.

bumper was cut and dri. to fix the rust on roof, had to remove headliner and do work around the sunroof. Much labor, cannot tell any work as done, plus the color is silver, a real hard color to match, it matches perfectly!

It went fine except they were a little bit high-priced compared to other auto body shops. They did good work. I had no problem with the work they did.

Perfect work on the truck; substandard work on the car. I found numerous issues that had to be addressed in multiple trips. They were very gracious is responding to make it right; just seems that you are at the mercy of the individual(s) completing your repairs, as quality control appears to be lacking. Body work is expensive...based on my experience, I will use them again for certain things; but will use more discerning shops for antique cars/collector cars.

They are really, really good. I paid about $1500 on that work. They are really good at their job and I had a subsequent problem that they fixed really well. They did take a little longer than they said they would, but everything was really great when I got back. Their price was very good and the quality of their work was excellent.

Went in on Friday received estimate. Brought car in Monday morning, was told car would be done by Friday the latest. Called Thursday, car would be ready Friday in the A.M. Picked up car on Friday morning and was very pleased with the work and as well as the professionalism of all in the shop. Would highly recommend to anyone that needed collision and paint work.
