Appointments were kept and he was always very prompt, courteous, and professional. He calls when he says he'll call and shows up on time. He makes sure that the finished look is very precise and they work perfectly. We couldn't be happier. In fact, we are so pleased that we will be ordering retractable screens for the smaller regular windows. No more storing screens who's tabs keep pulling out.
