+ -1 moreHe told me that he was too busy to come out and repair my table. He said he had orders to fill but would come out and look at it. He told me that he would call before he came out. He never showed up or called us to let us know. I have called weekly through August 2011. I was told that he was still too busy but I was definitely on the list for September. They have never called or never showed up. I called today on 10/14/2011 and spoke with Maria who said John just got back into town and I asked when he was going to come out. Maria said that is up to him and I cannot control his schedule and he will call you when he has time. It has been six months and I have still not had a resolution for this issue.
Description of Work: I purchased a 50 inch round solid wood patio table in November 2010. The top has split in May 2011. I have notified John in May 2011 to repair.
