It went extremely well. Duane and Barrie are SO knowledgeable. I have been going to Duane's Auto World for over ten years and have never been disappointed. They explain everything. Trust is very important to me and I drive quite a ways out of my way to take my 2002 Avalon to Duane's. I believe that because of the good care I have received, my car has lasted so long and I have no interest in getting a new one! Thank you, Duane and Barrie, for providing trustworthy, excellent service.

We had just replaced our garage door with a and quot;hurricane-readyand quot; door. When the work was completed, our car was left in the driveway. The installers left, I pulled into the garage, the door came crashing down and gouged the bumper. Duane had done bodywork on one of our cars several years ago and we were very pleased with his work. We scheduled an appointment and within 2 days the bumper was repaired and painted and looks like new. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional, friendly and do an excellent job!!!

He is a little more expensive than chain stores. I would recommend him, though, especially for anyone with a Toyota who wishes to keep it for any length of time.
