Run for the Hills! Buyer BEWARE... They LIE.... Awful Service... Awful Everything... No Accountability! I purchased laminate flooring... signed a contract... so much initialing.. now I know why. You sign are ALL your RIGHTS away!! Never finished their defective installation job... finally came back "7" months later after numerous correspondence(s). Worst communication.. if you want stress, anxiety and aggravation in your life... sign away! But I WARNED YOU! You will never recover your money no matter how bad the job comes out!

Installers arrived to each appointment at least an hour after estimated time-range. Though the job was paid by credit card deposit, the installer demanded a check even before the job was completed. The salesman had to be contacted inorder for him to complete the work. Once the job was completed an excessive amount of grout was left on the floor and the kitchen sink disposal was ruined. The floor had to be mopped several times to prevent tracking of outside walkway. During installation grout was left in the kitchen sink disposal. When company was contacted they denied responsibilty, and argued that since I discovered the grout just before I installed kitchen tile that I was responsible.The installation manager, stated "I don't know what is in your sink, I suggest you scoop it out with a spoon" Whole job lacked quality and professinalism

Arnez (flooring consultant) was great - answered all my questions and didn't try to oversell something that we didn't need. Gave a really good recommendation for the marble tiles near the door. Was on top of the job from start to finish and cared about doing a good job.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THEY DO GREAT QUALITY WORK. THEY HAULED AWAY THE OLD CARPET AND CLEANED THE FLOOR WHEN THEY FINISHED.
