took a long time. The installer was excellent, but they made appointments and did not show, and no phone call.

On April 13, 2005 we signed a contract. As of this date, the project is not done. I am unable to tell the story of this debacle from start to finish in 1000 characters. Throughout this project Design Concept Builders has displayed an appalling disregard for any type of customer relations/consumer satisfaction and a truly breathtaking incompetence in attempting to accomplish any task required. At no time, have they displayed any ability to plan, execute, manage or supervise any phase of the project. Complete documentation in the form of our job log (140 plus pages), e-mails, and additional correspondence is available on request.
